ABC/M is a technique whereby costs and expenses are assigned through the activities and the processes, performed by the company, to a group of Products, Clients, Services, Channels, Markets … These cost assignments are done through carefully studied criteria called drivers, showing a cause and effect relationship between sources and destinations.
