AC Nielsen choose licensing EasyForms, a software program from Moviltek, that without programming allows the generation of electronic forms for data capture. Its flexibility and power allow the rapid generation of electronic forms, even when the data capture needs are rather complex.
EasyForms runs under Windows, Windows Mobile and Blackberry operating systems on the fixed and mobile devices that support them.
Using EasyForms, AC Nielsen was able, on a short time, to generate electronic forms and distribuye them wirelessly to the pollsters on the field. It is not necessary moving the pollsters to the central office to get the information on the new point to poll and the corresponding forms to use.
This way it is possible to reduce the pollster’s idle time and on a short time getting the data on the central server. This results on a superior final customer service.
The power of EasyForms allows the development of highly complex electronic forms. It supports from the introduction of values or text up to complex questions with recursive or capture conditioned to the information values recently introduced. It is also possible reading bar code, taking pictures, geographically referencing the information, showing the route followed by the pollster, and much more.
