To get round this obstacle, CNA A.R.T. decided licensing EasyForms and hiring Softron’s consulting services. EasyForms is Moviltek’s software product that allows rapidly generating electronic forms for data capture, without programming.

Using EasyForms our consultants developed hundreds of the forms used by CNA for risk management.

Currently CNA is using on mobile devices running under Windows Mobile operating system, the forms generated.

EasyForms features go beyond the generation of forms for Electronic data capture. It is able to produce output documents on standard forms like Word or PDF, ready for its direct electronic processing and storage. This way it is possible to avoid awkward handling for its transcription and digitalization by scanning, and thus speeding up getting results at lower cost.

By using EasyForms, CNA has been able to rapidly integrate its inspectors to the automatic ata processing, with a reduced investment on technology.
